PharmaNest software, including, but not limited to The FibroNest, FibroMap, CardioNest and OncoNest softwares, including all source code, object code, algorithms, artificial intelligence models, databases, documentation, designs, user interfaces, and related materials, is the exclusive and proprietary property of PharmaNest, Inc. and is protected worldwide by copyright, trade secret, patent, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, disclosure, publication, transmission, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or use of this software or any portion thereof, in whole or in part, by any means, is strictly prohibited without the express prior written authorization of PharmaNest, Inc. Any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties and all other remedies available under applicable law.
